The presentations of accepted research papers take place on Thursday and Friday (20-21 June 2024). On the final day (22 June) there will be a field trip to local breweries.

All sessions will take place at the University of Milano-Bicocca, building U7, in piazza dell’Ateneo Nuovo 1, Milan.

 

Best Paper Awards

The VIII Beeronomics Conference Organising and Scientific Committee are delighted to launch two awards for best paper submitted at the event in Milan:

• “Beeronomics 2024 Best Paper Award” for the best theoretical or empirical paper presented. The winner will receive a prize of €400;
• “Beeronomics 2024 Young Researcher Best Paper Award” for the best theoretical or empirical paper presented by a young researcher (first author on the paper must be younger than 35, with no age limitation applied to other co-authors). The winner will receive a prize of €250.

Papers must be between 4000 and 5000 words in length (including title, authors’ affiliations, abstract, tables, figures, references and appendixes); text must be justified and 1,5 line spaced; 11pt font size.

Participants who wish to take part to the best paper competitions must submit a full paper via email to beeronomics2024@unimib.it. by Friday 31 May 2024.
